Conclusions

Thanks to my practical stage of participant observation I was able to conclude that applying the theoretical knowledge we acquired in our learning at university can be a bit complicated to apply in reality, if the general and specific context of the area and of the students such as the academic level is not taken into account, the objectives to achieve a conscious and timely management in the daily situations in which we are affronted during the work.

From my practical stage of participating observation I managed to understand that teaching has many facets in the institutional environment such as the initial one that begins the academic period with expectations and diagnoses; the intermediate, which is during each academic period where the process is evaluated as it is going, which has to be improved and how to do it; finally at the end of the academic year, a full and conscious reflection is made of the failures and achievements of the goals established at the beginning of the year. All these facets of teaching work have both a positive and a negative impact on the personal and professional aspects of teachers, I therefore believe that it is important to be aware of the facets for successful and meaningful achievement of teaching and personal work.

I also managed to conclude that apart from knowledge and facets in teaching it is important to understand that personal, educational, and professional relationships have a great influence both positive and negative on teaching work, Therefore, it is necessary to have a comfortable, adequate, and professional environment to achieve a good interaction and positive influence in the whole teaching-learning process.
