My process of my practical stage

During my process of my practical stage I had three important moments; the first moment was at the beginning, since I could not obtain the certificate of ARL to start, besides the institution had some inconveniences in its classes, since at that time they were preparing to start with the alternation, the presence and finish with the virtual classes, but thank god everything was solved in time, I managed to be in the last virtual classes, having the opportunity to observe this virtual educational environment that is very different from the classroom environment.  The second highlight was in the middle or during the practice in the classroom, where observe how complex the teaching work can be done, since a teacher is not only responsible for giving the class but everything that leads to it, that is, planning, implement it, the evaluation, the monitoring, the attendance, the notes or qualifications, the reinforcements, the management of the educational system of the institution, among other factors that must be carried out in the teaching work; and the last moment was ending my practice, to be more specific the last week of observation, and it was also the last week of class of the period, so note that it was a difficult week for teachers about the institutional environment, as it was the end of the year they had a time limit to have everything up to date, grades, recoveries, but most importantly, and even I saw that the most stressful thing for teachers was the meetings, reports,  feedback and self-evaluations of their work in the academic year.
